PTO

PTO stands for Permit To Operate.. It is one of DOSH regulations to install and operate all piping works at sites. Me, Pok Udo & Amin met En Azreen at DOSH (Putrajaya). Submission was made and En Azreen promised to endose PTO neext week..
Tomorrow..I'm going to JB to complete 4 stations.

COME BACK

Comes again...It has been long time I've never written anything abt myself. Well..I work now and my company is AGT, ABA GAS TECHNOLOGY S/B. We are a main con of PETRONAS in CNGV sector under license SPECTRON S/B.We set up NGV stations at the almost Malaysian regions and specialize in equipments such as gas compressor, storage cascade, priority panel and dispenser. Those are a major components of NGV station and most of them are imported from Chilliwack, Canada. AGT is a main distributor of IMW equipment in the southeast asia which are compressor & dispenser.As a Project Engineer, my jobs are...of course, to ensure the project is supposedly well organized and hit the targets.SO challenging as the project needs me to master in 3 areas... Piping, Tubing and Cabling. Even though started on 15 Jan 2008, thanks god, now almost 5 months past and I almost do that. I will not talk abt how my company gets and gains its profit as my interest here is to share my experiences as PE here.

Analysis starts

Assisted by En Talip, the experiment on my centrifugal pump was started. The pump was running well, the interfaces between PC and the pump were checked. Some loosenes was found at the termination box and fixed by Mr Talip. A big problem was occured due to undetected PCI card and finally solved by myself. The PCI card was removed and repluged in and that was a good idea... After all those things were confimed in the good condition, the online condition monitoring was working. Thanks god....

Last Check

All done...My pump was succesfully running after its priming directly connected to the water supply through the rubber hose.The flow rate meter is functioning well after two lithium battery 3 v changed and 640.0 ( meter cubic per sec or gallon per min) shown. Pressure gauges are ok as well. Tomorror will be a meeting with En Talip and maybe the data starts to be collected( hopefully).

Boring Day

Nothing much interesting today except thinking, playing games, surfing...

KLCC

Streaming and surfing at KLCC theme park near starbucks made me feel so cool..After finishing at abt 1 1/2 hour at konikuniya reading some books, magazines and also bought d reader digest as well, i started to think where i was suppose to go? Time shown 10.30pm, means at abt 2 hours left, suddenly i got an idea. Just beside the KLCC pool, there is a starbucks.. Free internet access through the wireless connection from my notebook. Peoples were so crowded at the beginning. They looked so busy spending time with their beloving family, friends, couples and me...hehehe..
Eventhough at d first,there were some difficulities on longging into network due to unregistered account, everything became smoothly just after i had done smth. While i was busy writing, suddenly one indian guy came closer.If i'm not mistaken he looked well educated and gorgeous. "Got internet connection here?", supprisingly. I replied, "Of courselah". He looks so at me with the full curiousity and left after i had been rocking myself. Well.. My head started thinking..my god, we, malaysian is too far behihd JAPANNESE AND MAYBE OTHERS.....
