Swimming
Well... I broke up my records in my life yesterday...hahaha.. Swimming at range 50 m non-stop...Tremendous!! After struggling about a month finally i made it.Thanks to the one guy ( actually the trainer )who corrected my swimming techniques while i was swimming in front of him. The mistake was about my...i dont know how to explain..but basically in the water in order to move us toward we need a kicking technique while our hands is functioning to keep us floating and well breathing. After changing my syle, everything going smoothly.. I became faster, less tired, easier to move towards and at last i found that i already passed the 3.1 m area. All of these happened just because i stick to "Practice make perfect" and never ever feel shy for asking. I become more interested and happy to do swimming and perhaps i wil be able to empowering the exact swimming techniques so that swimming within 10-15 mins non stop is just a piece of cake..
